Our services include online courses, consultation sessions, mentoring programs, eBooks, and downloadable resources.

As our products are digital and knowledge-based in nature, we maintain a clear and transparent cancellation and refund policy.

Online Courses & Digital Learning Programs

All online courses available on Travelogits.in are non-tangible digital products. Once a user purchases a course and access is granted, the learning materials become instantly available.

Therefore:

  • Course purchases cannot be cancelled after successful payment
  • No refund will be issued once course access has been activated
  • Partial refunds are not applicable under any circumstances

We strongly recommend users review all course details, modules, and eligibility information carefully before enrolling.

One-to-One Consultation & Mentoring Sessions

Our consultation and mentoring services are personalized and time-based. Each session is planned individually to provide proper guidance and support.

Cancellation & rescheduling terms:

  • Rescheduling requests are accepted only if informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable
  • Missed sessions or “no-shows” will not be refunded or rescheduled
  • Once a consultation session is completed, no refund request will be accepted

eBooks & Downloadable Resources

All eBooks, guides, templates, and downloadable materials are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately after purchase.

Because of the nature of digital delivery:

  • No cancellation is allowed after purchase
  • Refunds are not applicable once access or download is provided
  • Exchanges or replacements are not available

Exceptions

Refund requests may only be considered in exceptional situations such as:

  • Duplicate payment made by the user
  • Technical failure resulting in non-delivery of the purchased product
  • Incorrect transaction caused due to a system or payment gateway error
