As the Director & CEO of Impression Tourism Services (India) Pvt. Ltd., a nationally awarded Destination Management Company, his work focuses on connecting tourism with community empowerment, cultural continuity, and environmental responsibility.

With nearly three decades of experience in tourism, hospitality, and destination management, Debjit Dutta has held leadership, advisory, and mentoring roles across prominent industry bodies and institutions including Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Association of Domestic Tour Operators of India (ADTOI), Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry, West Bengal Tourism initiatives, tourism advisory engagements linked with Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport, and industry mentorship with reputed educational institutions. He is also the Founder of Centre for Skill Development in Tourism (CSDT), a non-profit initiative focused on sustainable tourism education, short-term training, and capacity-building programs for host communities, grassroots stakeholders, and tourism professionals to help build a more responsible and sustainable tourism future.

He also contributes actively to tourism education, skill development, industry leadership, and policy dialogue while supporting emerging tourism enterprises with practical and market-driven guidance.
